Management Team

Jacob Nizri
President

In his position as President, Jacob (Kobi) is responsible for Ybrant Networks, a division of Ybrant Digital Ltd., and its affiliated global companies. Kobi joined the team in 2003 in the position of Director, European Sales, leading the company to the establishment of its first rep office in Germany, followed by offices in Latin America and Spain. Promoted to Vice President in 2005, he was responsible for successfully increasing the company's revenues by 100%. In 2006, Kobi was promoted to CEO, dedicated to enhancing the Oridian's global presence. He holds a BA in Management & Information Technology and Computer Education from  the Tel Aviv College of Management.


Gal Ekstein
General Manager

A seasoned professional, Gal joined the team in 2004 and held the position of Director of Sales until 2005. Under his direction, the company witnessed unparalleled growth, including the establishment of Ybrant Digital's subsidiary in France. Gal was instrumental in developing the company's global partnerships, including Max Interactive in Australia. He holds a BA in Business Administration, with a major in Computer Science, from Ruppin College, Israel.


Oded Lev
Executive VP Business Development

Oded joined the team in 2003 as the Director of Business Development. Prior, he he held the position of Sales Manager, at SHAPE Interactive Multimedia Group. Oded holds a BA in Business Administration from Manchester University, and an MBA from the London School of Economics.

 
Emanuel Goldschmidt
Managing Director, dream ad

Responsible for business development activities in Latin America since 2003, Emanuel (Elu) brings years of experience and expertise to the Ybrant Networks team. He is recognized as a pioneer in the local market, having successfully established dream ad into one of the leading digital advertising firms in Latin America. Prior to dream ad, Elu was employed as a Senior Sales Manager, IBM Buenos Aires (1998-2003). He holds a BA in Marketing from Universidad Católica de Salta, Argentina.


Andres Laniado
Managing Director, Ybrant Networks, Latin America

Prior to joining the Ybrant Networks team in 2004, Andres (Andy) served as President & COO of dream ad . He was previously employed by Accenture (1999-2004) as a global Telecommunications Consultant. From 1994-1998, he was an accountant at Estudio Laniado & Associates. Andy holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of Buenos Aires, and an English language certificate from Cambridge University.


Dominic Elfer
Founder & Managing Director, Max Interactive

Dominic is a pioneer in global interactive ad networks, bringing over a decade of marketing and sales experience across Europe, Asia, and Australia. In 1996, he established TSMS, the UK's first Internet advertising network, where he held the position of Director of Sales. In 1998, he joined 24/7 Media Europe, where he was responsible for sales of the world's premiere ad network in Asia and in Australia. Prior to launching Max interactive, Dominic established and managed the Australian sales operation for Adsociety, a pan-Asian ad network owned by Hong Kong’s Pacific Century Cyberworks. He holds a combined BA (with honors) in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from Southampton University, UK.
 


Keith Merrill
Executive Vice President & General Manager, Ybrant Digital US

Keith joined the Ybrant Digital team in 2007. He brings over a decade of expertise in business management, having been employed with Universal Studios from 1996-2003, where he negotiated and managed design and engineering contracts for Universal Studios Japan. He developed contracts for long-term corporate marketing programs that included Fuji Film, Coca Cola, and Asahi Beer. Prior to joining Ybrant, he was Global Contracts Manager, Universal Music Group IT services, managing teams in Paris and Los Angeles, and Director of Business Affairs for MICE Group PLC, where he managed operations of a $10M annual experiential marketing and project development firm working with clients such as Microsoft, FedEx, Verizon and Motorola. Keith holds a degree in Business Communications from Northeastern University and Bridgewater College.


Shahar Shaharabany
CFO

An experienced professional with years of corporate financial expertise, Shahar is responsible for the company's core business operations and activities on both a global and local scale. Prior to joining the team, he held the position of Controller, ECI Telecom (Israel), and served as an officer in the Intelligence Corps, Israel Defense Forces. Shahar received his professional training at KPMG, one of the world's leading accounting firms. He holds an MA in Financial Economics (with honors) from Tel Aviv University, and is a Certified Public Accountant (Israel).


Ella Avraham
Vice President of Operations

One of the veteran team members, Ella joined the company in 2003 as Campaign Manager. She was later promoted to Director of Business Development and more recently, Head of Operations. In her current position, Ella is responsible for the management and operations of the company's IT, Production, Technical Support, Marketing, and Administration departments. She holds a BA in Economics and a BA in Behavioral Sciences, both from the Israel College of Management.


Shirley Lowenstein
Vice President, Global Ad Operations

Shirley joined the team as a Campaign Manager in 2003, and has since been promoted to several senior position, including Director of Ad Operations. In her current position, Shirley is responsible for the campaign managers and related activities for Display Ad Networks. She holds a BA in Business Administration, specializing in IT, from the  Interdisciplinary Center, Herzlia.


Netta Lev Sadeh
Managing Director, International Sales

Netta joined the team in 2003 as an Account Manager. She served as a Team Leader and was promoted to her current position that includes managing and coordinating the company's global sales reps. Netta is responsible for tracking revenue growth, promoting customer relations, and seeking new and emerging markets. Prior, she held several human resources recruitment positions. She holds an MA in Law from Bar Ilan University, and a BA in Business Administration from the Israel College of Management. 


Stephane Pitoun
General Manager, Mobile Media

Prior to joining the corporate team, Stephane held the position of General Manager, Oridian France, where he helped to develop the region's business activities, partnerships, and customer base. Stephane was employed by Fullsix, a leading French web agency, where he held the position of Managing Director of a media subsidiary. Prior, he was a Project Manager at Publicis Networks, the web agency of the renowned Publicis Group. Stephane holds a BA in Management, Economics, and Marketing, and an MA in Telecommunications, Multimedia and Internet Management, from Dauphine University, Paris.
